Role
Centre Sales Assistant
- 5 Days | 2 weekdays off
- $2000 to $2200 + Incentive Bonus
- Address: (Beauty World)
- Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management, music or a related field.
- Interest in music or music education is an advantage.
- Must be able to work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday (2 days off days on weekday)
- Attend to customer enquiries through Whats App, telephone, email and walk-ins.
- Assist parents and students with lesson information, trial bookings and registrations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
- Coordinate lesson schedules between students, parents and teachers.
- Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer, student and sales records.
- Support payment collection, invoicing and administrative documentation.
- Assist with classroom preparation and the daily organisation of the academy.
- Support concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.
- Assist with social-media content, photographs and simple marketing materials when required.
- Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
