Education Roadshow Consultant

We're hiring Roadshow Consultants to represent our education and training programmes at various events and roadshows across Singapore.

You don't need a fancy résumé or years of experience. What matters most is your confidence, communication skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Your day-to-day work will be all about people.

You'll:

• Meet and speak with members of the public at roadshows and events

• Start conversations and find out what people are looking for

• Introduce suitable Skills Future-supported courses and workshops

• Help potential learners understand their available training options

• Build relationships and turn conversations into enrolments

• Follow up with interested customers

• Work towards personal and team targets

• Take part in team discussions, coaching, and sales activities

You're someone who:

• Can walk up to someone and confidently say hello

• Enjoys talking and connecting with different personalities

• Doesn't give up easily when someone says "no"

• Likes having goals to work towards

• Wants your income to grow with your performance

• Is comfortable working on your feet and in busy environments

• Is curious, coachable, and willing to improve

No prior sales experience? That's okay.

We'll consider candidates who are new to sales as long as you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

This isn't a role where you're limited to a fixed earning potential.

You'll receive a basic salary plus commission
