• Manage customer accounts, primarily in Singapore, with additional customers across Southeast Asia.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to introduce, promote, and market existing and new products.
• Liaise and coordinate with overseas manufacturing facilities.
• Participate in technical discussions, sales meetings, and customer meetings to address business and product-related matters.
• Prepare sales reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.
• Prepare quotations, perform pricing calculations, and negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and arrangements between customers and manufacturing facilities.
• Attend business entertainment activities with customers when required to strengthen business relationships.
• Work closely with technical teams in Japan and local technical support teams to facilitate customer requirements and resolve technical issues.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing, semiconductor or environmental industry.
• Japanese language proficiency is required to communicate effectively with the Japan headquarter (Minimum JLPT N2 or above).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to prepare financial reports, evaluate pricing structures, and conduct cost analysis.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when necessary.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
