Business Development Manager; IT Distributor, SaaS, Cybersecurity

• Own country territory strategy and pipeline generation across BFSI, Government/SOE and large enterprises.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 3× quarterly revenue target, with new opportunities and regular C-level customer engagement.
• Drive database cost optimisation (DBCO), POCs, Oracle/MySQL displacement and migration opportunities through to closure.
• Achieve assigned revenue quota and secure strategic/lighthouse customers.
• Develop and manage partner co-sell activities with SIs, distributors and database specialists.
• Manage existing accounts, renewals and expansion opportunities while developing multi-year account plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, deal registrations, forecasting and pipeline reporting.

• With 5–8 years of enterprise software/database sales with proven quota achievement, strong BFSI/SOE/Government CIO/CTO network, database migration/displacement experience, hunter mentality and disciplined forecasting.
• Preferred:
  Experience selling MariaDB, EnterpriseDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar open-source databases, knowledge of database modernisation and regional regulatory requirements, and relationships with SIs, database partners and cloud providers.
