Business Development Executive​/Senior; Retail

The candidate is responsible for managing and developing key retail accounts to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, improve market share and strengthen long-term business relationships. The role focuses on strategic account management, sales planning, trade marketing execution, promotional management and new business development across online and offline retail channels.

• Manage and maintain relationships with key retail customers, including supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce channels and general trade customers.
• Develop A&P plans and strategies that can achieve sales revenue and growth targets.
• Negotiate trading terms, product listings, pricing and promotional agreements with customers.
• Plan and execute ATL & BTL activities to achieve sales, profitability and distribution targets.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand product distribution and grow sales.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities with regular business updates to management.
• Manage sales forecasts, stock availability and customer orders with internal teams.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

• Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent
• Possess an outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation and determination
• Strong in customer relationship management and networking
• Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• Singaporean & Permanent Resident only
