Sales Manager​/Senior Sales Manager​/Assistant Director; Weddings

Our client is a lifestyle hotel occupying multiple floors of an iconic Singapore tower, offering well-appointed guestrooms and suites, four event venues, and five dining and drinking concepts with stunning city views. Situated at the crossroads of several vibrant cultural districts, the property aims to spark discovery and inspire guests to experience the city from new angles.

Our client requires a Senior Sales Manager or Associate Director of Sales specialising in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and Events. This role provides leadership across all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with related departments to maximise sales, while managing and mentoring the sales team to deliver exceptional results.

• Provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with related departments to maximise sales
• Establish sales targets, forecasts, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) discipline
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
• Build lasting business partnerships through a proactive, goal-oriented approach
• Juggle multiple priorities and ongoing projects simultaneously

• Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in a corporate or business development role within the hotel industry
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Flair for in-person or virtual presentations
• Keen eye for detail with a customer-focused and creative problem-solving attitude
• Deep understanding of hospitality market dynamics, distribution channels, and customer segments
• Ability to establish and manage sales targets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Proactive and goal-getter attitude with the ability to build lasting business partnerships

• Prior knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems such as Opera or Delphi
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Track record securing business across corporate, leisure, and group segments
