The Role:The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role to Innovative Hub's business. He/She is the revenue driver and is one of the moving parts responsible for the success of the business.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales personnel with an ability to foster and build new relationships with clients.
Job Description:Sales Performance
Responsible for personal financial performance & achievement of desired KPIs such as sales target and sales growth.
Continuous ImprovementDevise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
ReportingReporting to management on personal plans and strategies
