WHAT YOU'LL DO- Introduce corporate training programmes in AI, digital technology, communication and leadership to business owners.
- Engage decision-makers through face-to-face B2B outreach, understand their business needs and recommend suitable training programmes.
- Develop new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients and work towards sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and build professional relationships.
- Structured Training & Mentorship — Learn corporate sales, negotiation and client acquisition through 1-to-1 coaching.
- Career Progression — Opportunities to develop into team leadership and management roles.
- Overseas Exposure — Regional and overseas training opportunities for selected performers.
Sales Executive → Team Leader → Assistant Manager → Management
(Progression is based on performance and leadership ability, not seniority or your manager’s promotion.)
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome — no B2B experience required.
- Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
- Comfortable approaching business owners, learning new skills and working towards targets.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, marketing or sales is an advantage, but not required.
