Sales Admin Executive
Location:
Pioneer (Near to Boon Lay MRT station)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (7.50am - 4.50pm) with 1 Saturday duty per month
Salary (commensurate with experience):
Up to $3,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
Duration: 1-year contract with potential conversion to permanent
Industry: Fire Protection
Main Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers visiting the store
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
- Prepare quotations based on service reports and follow up with customers for confirmation.
- Generate invoices and process payments.
- Maintain accurate servicing records, documentation and filing.
- Monitor servicing progress and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate collection, servicing and delivery arrangements with internal teams.
- Manage daily sales leads from e-commerce platforms; no packing duties required.
- Maintain a clean and organised front-counter area.
- Minimum Nitec or equivalent qualification.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to learn; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in sales administration, customer service or front-counter support would be advantageous but is not required.
