Regional; Senior) Sales Manager; Flex- Aviation​/Aircraft Components

Role overview

Drive sales of aircraft parts, including Used Serviceable Material (USM), and MRO services across the Asia-Pacific region. You will find new business, build strategic customer relationships and grow revenue while keeping customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out regional sales strategies to win new customers among APAC airlines, MROs and lessors

• Map competitor accounts, spot supply chain gaps and build a new business pipeline from scratch

• Represent the company at aviation trade shows, conferences and industry events, and turn contacts into contracts

• Lead B2B negotiations for pricing, volume-based parts contracts and long-term service agreements

• Understand new customers’ component, repair and inventory needs, and propose the right solutions

• Work with procurement, logistics, repair management and customer service teams to deliver parts reliably and respond quickly

• Provide management with accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasts and market reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Engineering or a related engineering field

• At least 4 years of sales experience in the aviation aftermarket (aircraft parts, USM, components or MRO services)

• Track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term customer partnerships

• Strong commercial sense, negotiation and presentation skills

• Driven and self-motivated

• Willingness to travel frequently within the region

• Experience in selling USM & B2B sales is a plus

• Knowledge of aircraft components, repair processes and the aviation supply chain experience preferred

• Established networks with airlines, MROs and aviation suppliers preferred
