Embedded RSCC Team Lead​/Manager; Global MNC

Work Location:

Client office in Singapore

• Managing APAC regional security command center (RSCC) in Singapore, problem resolution, service enhancement, operational effectiveness, audit compliance, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations of the client’s APAC Remote Systems Command Centre.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluate service qualities and initiate corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing and improving SOP and streamlining processes.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of high‑caliber staff; ensure all positions are properly staffed and each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
• Meet regularly with Blu Ocean Account Director for account reviews, address actual or potential problems; support planning, assessments, surveys; coordinate review and update of post orders.
• Responsible for training RSCC new hires and motivating staff to continually learn; regularly review staff performance metrics.
• Actively participate in security system related projects, serve as point of contact for project coordination in the APAC region; ensure vendors follow client’s guidelines in project handling and configuration.
• Consistently maintain documentation and follow standardized procedures to complete audits.
• Perform system or server administration involving access control and video surveillance systems.
• Create security systems user accounts; provide training and technical support to clients in the APAC region.
• Support the client’s facility team for scheduled maintenance of security equipment systems; ensure maintenance contracts are executed on time.
• Ensure all security systems are closely monitored, critical issues escalated per SOP and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist the team by providing security system information for investigations as requested by the client.
• Support the client’s Global Security Group for all matters related to security systems in the APAC region; ensure incidents are reported per the escalation timeline.
• Communicate with other regional command centers to keep the APAC RSCC updated with new processes and align common processes.
• Perform additional functions as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.
