Graduate​/Junior Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates or early‑career professionals (0–1 years experience) to join our team as Generative AI Engineers. In this role, you will work on building innovative AI‑powered solutions using the latest technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud platforms. You will gain hands‑on experience in developing chatbots, AI agents, and intelligent applications, while learning how to integrate AI models into real‑world systems.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in Python development, machine learning, backend APIs, and cloud deployment. You will collaborate with experienced engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions for business use cases.

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLM providers
• Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Chroma
• Develop AI agents, conversational chatbots, and intelligent automation workflows
• Perform prompt engineering and/or model fine‑tuning for enterprise‑specific use cases
• Evaluate and improve model performance across accuracy, latency, scalability, and safety

• Build, train, and optimize ML models using Python frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn
• Conduct feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment
• Integrate ML models into REST APIs or micro‑services architectures

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI/ML applications using Python
• Implement embedding pipelines, semantic search, and retrieval systems
• Ensure secure API integrations between AI services and downstream applications
• Build intuitive and responsive UI components using React for AI‑powered applications
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend AI services via secure API patterns
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver accessible and user‑friendly experiences

• Deploy AI/ML applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring frameworks
• Manage infrastructure, environment configuration, security, and access controls

• Partner with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Provide technical advisory on GenAI feasibility, design, and adoption
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials

• Strong Python programming
• Experience with LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• API development (FastAPI/Flask)
• Cloud deployment experience

• Experience with Lang Chain / Llama Index
• Knowledge of prompt optimization frameworks
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation tools (Ragas, Tru Lens)
