Game Developer; Playable Ads

We are looking for a Game Developer (Playable Ads) to create engaging, interactive playable ads that drive performance across our user acquisition (UA) campaigns
. You will work closely with our Marketing team to turn game concepts into lightweight playable experiences, continuously iterating based on campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion, and downloads.

• Develop, test, and iterate on playable advertising creatives for mobile games.
• Turn creative concepts and game ideas into engaging interactive experiences, including prototyping new mechanics and gameplay variations.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to improve playable performance based on campaign results and A/B testing.
• Optimize playables for performance, loading speed, and file size across mobile platforms.
• Explore new tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of playable development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Type Script, JavaScript and/or HTML

• Hands-on experience with Cocos Creator or similar game engines.
• Experience developing game mechanics, gameplay logic, or interactive experiences.
• Good understanding of animation, UI interactions, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype and iterate.
• Passion for mobile games and game development especially puzzle games.
