We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to design and build enterprise-scale platforms used across large organizations.
Mandatory Requirements- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in both Java (Spring Boot) and Go
- Proven experience leading the design and development of distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong expertise in Kafka, MongoDB/MariaDB, REST APIs, and system integration
- Experience building self-service platforms, workflow automation, reporting systems, or storage management solutions
- Exposure to Open Shift/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Grafana, and enterprise observability tools
- Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services environments
- Experience as a Technical Lead driving architecture decisions and mentoring engineers
- Object Storage / S3 platform experience
- Enterprise access governance and IAM
- Large-scale platform development supporting hundreds of applications
- Reporting and data processing platforms using Kafka, Trino/Presto
- Lead architecture and technical design for mission-critical applications.
- Build scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Drive performance, security, and reliability improvements.
- Work closely with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish development best practices.
Note: Only candidates with substantial hands-on experience in Java, Go, distributed systems, and enterprise platform development will be considered.
