Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement microservices architecture, ensuring fault tolerance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop secure RESTful and SOAP APIs for enterprise applications and third-party integrations.
- Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven communication using RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, and Spring AMQP.
- Develop and maintain secure application components using Spring Security, OAuth, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.

SQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB. - Implement distributed caching using Redis and optimize database queries, indexing, and application performance.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based version control workflows.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues using AWS Cloud Watch, New Relic, and Elasticsearch.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit 5 and Mockito, ensuring code quality and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, apply design patterns and clean-code principles, and collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and Dev Ops teams.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in Java backend development, preferably in enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java , Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs for distributed applications.
- Strong practical experience with RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, and Spring AMQP for asynchronous messaging and inter-service communication.
- Hands-on experience implementing Spring Security and OAuth for application security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and MongoDB, including query optimization, indexing, and data modelling.
- Practical experience implementing Redis caching and performance optimization in distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and application deployment.
- Experience using Sonar Qube for static code analysis, code quality monitoring, identifying code smells, detecting bugs, and addressing security vulnerabilities.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, along with Git-based version control.
- Experience with AWS services, particularly AWS SQS and Cloud Watch.
- Experience in Elasticsearch and application monitoring tools such as New Relic or Grafana.
- Experience in unit testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
- Experience in object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean-code principles, and fault-tolerant system design.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
