Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and backend systems. The successful candidate will work on fintech and enterprise applications, developing high-performance solutions using Java, microservices, cloud technologies, and database platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Cloud and related technologies.
- Develop scalable microservices and distributed systems supporting high availability and high-concurrency environments.
- Design and develop APIs and backend services for financial and enterprise applications.
- Integrate and manage SQL and No
SQL databases including MySQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch. - Develop solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Jenkins and Git.
- Conduct application testing, debugging, code reviews and performance optimisation.
- Implement caching, messaging and distributed processing solutions to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, application interfaces and development standards.
- Troubleshoot production and application issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Continuously improve software quality, scalability, security and reliability.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring/Spring Cloud.
- Experience developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and No
SQL technologies such as Redis and Elasticsearch. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Git and automated deployment.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in fintech, payment, trading or other high-volume transaction systems will be advantageous.
