We are seeking an experienced UI Development Lead / UI Architect with strong Java Full Stack expertise to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentoring, and delivery of scalable, secure, andhigh-performance digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive UI architecture, frontend standards, reusable components, and development best practices.
- Design and develop responsive web applications using React, Type Script, JavaScript,HTML5/CSS3, and Lit/Web Components.
- Architect and build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, REST APIs,and Microservices.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including Micro Frontends and API transformation. Ensure application security, performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Design and optimize data models, database schemas, and queries across relational andNo
SQL databases. - Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.
- Support Dev Ops practices, CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, solution design, and release management
- Must have 10+years of software development experience.
- 5+ years in Technical Lead, UI Lead, UI Architect, or Full Stack Lead roles.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain preferred.
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
