Delivery Driver

• 1、Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting delivery targets.
• 2、Maintain accurate records of deliveries, updating the system with real-time status updates and obtaining customer signatures as proof of delivery.
• 3、Navigating through Singapore's roads and territories, adhering to traffic rules and regulations for safe driving.
• 4、Handle customer inquiries and concerns during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues as needed.
• 5、Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

• 1、High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2、Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery driver role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• 3、Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
• 4、Familiarity with Singapore's geography and ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
• 5、Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• 6、Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• 7、Physically fit to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
