About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Captain to join our Fixed Wing team, operating from our Singapore base. In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated crew operating medically configured retrieval jets, working alongside a critical care doctor and flight nurse to deliver life-saving international aeromedical evacuations.

Key accountabilities include:

• Safely operate Challenger 604 aircraft in accordance with CASA regulations, company procedures, and international aviation standards.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and safety requirements including SMS and risk management frameworks.
• Conduct international aeromedical retrieval flights, supporting medical teams in delivering critical care.
• Maintain operational readiness of aircraft, equipment, and facilities.
• Demonstrate strong command capability, decision-making, and situational awareness in complex environments.
• Participate in training, checking, and continuous professional development activities.
• Ensure accurate completion of operational documentation and reporting requirements.
• Promote and uphold Life Flight’s safety-first culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be self-managing, responsive and comfortable working unsupervised. With an outstanding work ethic, you will have a passion for aviation and for your own professional development.

Selection Criteria includes:

• CASA ATPL
• Current CASA Class 1 medical
• Total hours >3000
• Total multi-engine >2000
• Total multi-engine turbine >1000
• Total command >2000
• Total multi-engine command >2000
• Current CASA MECIR with demonstrated IFR currency minimum 5 renewals
• You will be required to hold a current passport with no travel restrictions and no limitations for operations into New Caledonia and USA valid for 12 months.
• A safety-first attitude
• Enthusiasm and a drive to achieve and maintain the highest level of competency within aero-medical operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Challenger 604 and/or CJ3 type rating

All successful applicants will be required to undergo mandatory immunisations (namely Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella Zoster, Pertussis and Hepatitis

B) and must have the right or be eligible to work in Singapore.
