Job Description & Requirements

Nissin Kogyo Asia Pte Ltd, established in 1994as a subsidiary of Nissin Kogyo Japan, specializes in precision metal part stamping for consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automotive industries.

Responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining logistics data, and coordinating with customers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and operation steams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and shipping processes.

• Process customer purchase orders and generate accurate shipping invoices promptly to support order fulfilment
• Update internal teams on customer forecasts and demand changes to align logistics planning
• Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and meet delivery requirements
• Respond to and resolve customer enquiries, issues, and feedback related to logistics, receiving, issuing, and shipping
• Monitor customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
• Liaise with warehouse teams to communicate packing, labelling, and shipping instructions clearly
• Arrange shipment bookings with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure timely transport
• Collaborate with operations personnel to resolve order, delivery, and shipment-related issues efficiently
• Manage import and export shipments by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating arrangements
• Prepare monthly logistics reports summarizing transportation costs, sales quantities, and On-Time Delivery performance
• Maintain and update customer portals to ensure logistics information is accurate and current
• Support purchasing activities by following up with suppliers as needed
• Assist shipping and transportation activities for new projects to ensure smooth implementation
• Prepare shipping documents and product labels.
• Participate in company 5S activities and maintain good housekeeping standards
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Manager

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to facilitiate communication with business associates
• Positive attitude with interpersonal and communication skills to foster teamwork and customer relations
• Ability to work independently and as a team player to meet operational goals
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Training will be provided
