Overview

Pharmacy Manager – $75,000 Sign On Bonus & Relocation

The annual salary range is provided as $/yr – $/yr and is based on skills and experience. This position qualifies for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and participating in other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and maintained inventory levels.
• Model and enforce customer service standards to ensure customer needs are resolved within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs to engage with the community and promote health.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations through analysis of reports, loss prevention and safety controls, and safety/quality assurance reviews.

• Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers effectively.
• Experience analyzing data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Ability to analyze financial data to support informed business decisions.
• Capability to manage a pharmacy, including overseeing staff and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
