• Managing daily mill operations and supervising a team of 4–6 employees
• Coordinating feed production to meet nutritional and quality standards
• Scheduling production and maintenance to ensure uptime and reliability
• Maintaining accurate inventory and production records
• Overseeing safety procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Implementing preventative maintenance and housekeeping programs

• Maintaining consistent feed quality per Nutritionist guidelines
• Ensuring safe and efficient use of mill equipment and resources
• Partnering with leadership and feeders to optimize scheduling and production flow
• Managing expenses and contributing to cost‑effective operations
• Promoting a positive, team‑oriented work environment
• Adapting to a physically active, hands‑on role in variable weather conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent related experience
• 3+ years of experience in feed mill, agriculture, or production management
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory control, and safety programs
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace
