Experienced Cpa​/Cma

• Design, implement, and maintain the company’s accounting system.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise company officers on financial matters, including tax planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Maintain company insurance policies.
• Provide back-up support for the Administrative Assistant as needed.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• CPA or CMA license required.
• Two years of relevant experience in a similar role or public accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software SAGE
  100 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
