Dealer Desk Clerk

Wilson Trailer Company, an industry leader in the sales and manufacturing of trailers, is seeking to fill a new part-time position. The Sales Dealer Desk Clerk processes dealer orders for invoicing, processes export trailer paperwork, and completes paperwork for consigned trailers.

Position summary and essential responsibilities are listed below.

• Process dealer completions, print MSO, and invoice.
• Index invoices and other paperwork within document management software.
• Process export trailer paperwork and coordinate with border broker for correct date and time.
• Process consigned trailers and send letters when delivered.
• Act as backup for the retail desk.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Functional vision, normal or corrected.
• Functional hearing and speech.
• Ability to report to work punctually at the beginning of the workday.
• Ability to read and understand production and print orders.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
• Ability to use keyboard and mouse or alternative input device(s).
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to meet physical demands.

A background check and drug screen will be required.
