Customer Service Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing warehousing and logistics company providing innovative storage, warehousing, and distribution solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Manager to own the end-to-end customer relationship process, ensure accurate and timely billing, and drive continuous improvement across service and inventory management.

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Account Representatives and Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications, including inquiries, quarterly business reviews, and agreement renewals.
• Monitor daily service levels and resolve customer requests and concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Oversee financial management activities including new account setup, customer billing, and cost controls to support profitability.
• Track and analyze warehouse and customer activity data (inbounds, outbounds, inventory levels, and turn times) to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in customer service within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Korber/Infios and scheduling tools like Opendock is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
