• Full-time Anesthesiologist opportunity with a well-established practice serving the Sioux City community
• Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model with CRNA and Resident RN Anesthetist support
• Flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance and patient access
• Broad case mix including general surgery, trauma, neuro, vascular, interventional cardiology/EP, urology, and healthy pediatrics
• High-acuity patients (ASA III & IV)
• Shared 24/7 call coverage model
• Opportunity to perform own cases as needed while supervising CRNAs and residents

Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for unrestricted Iowa medical license
• Active or eligible DEA registration
• H-1B visa cap-exempt and J-1 waiver sponsorship available
