Assistant or Associate Professor of Radiologic Technology

A distinguished regional university is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor of Radiologic Technology to join its Nursing & Health Sciences Department. This full-time, 12-month tenure-eligible role focuses on academic instruction, student mentorship, and program development within a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology (BSRT) program.

• Instruction & Curriculum:
  Teach an annual course load of 24 credit hours across undergraduate Radiologic Technology courses and contribute to ongoing curriculum design.
• Student Mentorship:
  Provide academic advising, support experiential learning opportunities, and mentor students toward professional growth in allied health.
• Service & Scholarship:
  Active engagement in institutional and departmental service, learning assessment, and professional development or scholarly initiatives.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree (M.Ed., M.S.) in Radiologic Science, Health Science Education, Allied Health Leadership, or a related field required. A terminal degree (Ph.D. / Ed.D.) is preferred.
  
  Note:
  
  ABD candidates actively pursuing a terminal degree will be considered, provided the degree is completed within 24 months of start date.

  Current ARRT certification and registration along with prior clinical experience required.

  Demonstrated excellence in university-level instruction, student advising, and academic service.
