Accounting and Finance Director

MyStaff is partnering with a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized company to hire a strategic Accounting & Finance Director

• Full oversight of accounting operations and technical financial guidance
• Timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis for leadership
• Compliance with regulatory standards and audit coordination
• Development of internal controls and cross-company process improvements
• Coaching and mentoring a talented accounting team
• Participation in acquisition due diligence and integration projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years managing teams
• Advanced GAAP knowledge and strong analytical skills
• Background with complex, multi-entity or compliance-driven environments
• Ability to adapt, lead change, and foster collaboration
