Our community bank client is looking for a motivated team player to join their commercial lending team in the Great Sioux City area to take over an existing portfolio and further develop it due to pending retirements.
Responsibilities:- Follow established procedures & policies in securing & analyzing commercial and consumer loans.
- Minimize potential loan losses through frequent review of delinquency reports & changes of financial ratios that could indicate potential losses.
- Work to market new & existing products according to the Bank's strategic plan.
- Provide superior customer service & contribute to an environment of teamwork & excellence, through effective communication & cooperation.
- Actively participate in cross-selling Bank services to new & existing customers.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:- 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
