Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Sioux City, IA. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing client needs.

Day‑to‑day tasks include:

  • Providing financial recommendations and tailored product solutions
  • Managing client accounts and resolving inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand goals and deliver impactful strategies that foster long-term partnerships and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Strong relationship management skills, including customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expertise in financial products and services, including loans, savings, investments, and account management.
  • Experience in problem‑solving, financial advising, and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities to customize financial solutions based on client goals.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and commitment to achieving client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional experience in banking or customer relationship management is highly desirable.
