Direct Support Professional (DSP) - PT Swing & PT Asleep Overnights (Healthcare)

Community Supports Network is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the following shifts:

• swing shifts (3p-11p)
  part-time positions available
• overnights (11p-7a)
  part-time positions available
• $15.50-$17.50/hour based upon experience & education
• overnight schedule is a sleeping shift & is paid @ $10/hour
• all schedules do require at least one weekend

• must be 18 years of age or older
• high school diploma or GED
• valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• reliable vehicle to transport during shift
• pass all background checks
• the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

• assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
• support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
• run errands such as shopping and going to appointments

• provide habilitation & documentation
