Position: Travel Registered Nurse - Stepdown - $2,365 per week

Job Details:

• Work every other weekend schedule

• 16-hour needs-based orientation (NBO)

• Must be comfortable floating to Emergency Department

• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team contributing professional/clinical knowledge and skills

• Provide and manage care to patients in progressive care/stepdown unit

• Use EPIC electronic medical record system

• Minimum 1 year of previous stepdown experience required

• Must have completed at least 1 travel contract

• Work history must show 24 months of current Progressive Care/PCU/Stepdown experience

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS

• Active Iowa nursing license required at time of submission

• Billable overtime after 40 hours per weekhrs/week) or after 48 hours (48 hrs/week)

• Local candidates not allowed - must have taxable address more than 50 miles from facility
