In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You'll manage litigation and regulatory matters, and counsel Epic on its evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and increase rapidly.

• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
• Manage litigation and regulatory matters, providing counsel on evolving competitive landscape.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI necessary and will be reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
