A well-established small-town law firm in Decorah, Iowa is seeking an experienced attorney to join its practice. This position involves a broad range of legal work serving individuals, families, and local businesses.

Practice Areas

• Real Estate law
• Wills and Estate Planning
• Trusts
• Bankruptcy
• General Small-Town Law

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Iowa law license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior experience required in real estate, wills, trusts, bankruptcy, and small-town/general practice
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills
• Ability to manage cases independently
• Must work 100% in-office (no remote or hybrid option)
