American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift contract requiring high-risk, circulating, and high-volume delivery center experience.

• Labor and Delivery unit at a regional medical center
• High-risk and high-acuity obstetric patient population
• Circulating role required
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hrs/week
• Every third weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic EMR, with EPIC STORK experience preferred

• Active RN license (IA or compact) required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• AWHONN certification for fetal monitoring required
• NRP certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required
• High-risk and high-acuity L&D experience required
• Circulating experience required
• Experience with in the past year at a high-volume delivery center (200-300 deliveries/month) required
• Multiple completed travel contracts preferred
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

• Deliver professional nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary obstetric team
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility, with no local candidates accepted
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
• Limited to 1 day off request during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year holiday periods
• Candidates previously employed by the health system (FTE or PRN float pool) within the past 12 months are not eligible for travel assignments in another market
