Mandatory clinical experience

• At least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• High-risk obstetrics experience
• Circulating experience
• High-acuity experience
• Recent experience within the past year at a high-volume delivery center handling approximately 200–300 deliveries per month
• Multiple completed travel contracts preferred

• EPIC STORK experience preferred

  Required certifications and documents
• Active Iowa nursing license at submission
• BLS — AHA or American Red Cross accepted
• ACLS — AHA or American Red Cross accepted
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Driver's license
• Resume/work history showing 24 months of current L&D experience
• L&D-specific skills checklist

• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months is preferred

  Holiday requirements
• Must work 2 of 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
• Maximum of one day-off request between November 25–29.
• Maximum of one day-off request between December 23–27.
