As an RN or LPN at Casa De Paz, you'll play an important role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You'll provide compassionate nursing care, monitor residents' conditions, administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice, and work closely with the care team to deliver quality care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who wants to build experience, strengthen clinical skills, and be part of an established team. Previous long-term care experience is welcome, but it is not required for the right candidate. We are prepared to provide training and support.

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and your scope of practice.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluation of resident needs.
• Complete nursing procedures and treatments appropriate to your license, training, and assigned responsibilities.
