• Lead and manage a team of car wash technicians to ensure high‑quality vehicle washing.
• Develop and implement new wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it runs at peak efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and used correctly.
• Manage the finances of the car wash, staying within budget and ensuring profitability.
• Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
