Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a results‑driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!

• Greeting customers, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls/emails.
• Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships.
• Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels.
• Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time.
• Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Proven work experience as a sales representative in a retail environment.
• The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins.
• A friendly and engaging demeanor and the ability to present the store and its products in a positive and professional manner.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong phone presence.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
