Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for a confident, self-motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Prepare quotes and proposals for products and services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research and identify market opportunities and trends
• Travel to customer and prospect locations as needed
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and production requirements
• Provide regular sales activity and performance updates
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events

• 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to lift and carry samples/products up to 40 pounds
