As a Maintenance Technician

• Property Maintenance – Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, trash disposal, and pool upkeep.
• Customer Service – Represent the company with a professional appearance and courteous interaction with residents.
• Proactive Property Care – Identify opportunities to improve the property while completing work orders.

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical intuition.
• Patience, clear communication, and a team‑first mindset.
• Dependability, punctuality, and integrity.
