Job Summary
Carpenters construct, repair, and install wooden building frameworks and structures for various indoor and outdoor projects. This includes tasks such as installing kitchen cabinets or building highways. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
- Construct, repair, and install wooden structures and frameworks.
- Work on a variety of indoor and outdoor projects.
- Install kitchen cabinets and other wooden fixtures.
- Participate in building highways and other large-scale projects.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina for extended periods of work.
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations.
- Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
- Pay Cycle: Weekly
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Location: Sioux City, IA 51106
- Required Number of Positions: 1
