Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Staff Accountant role located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Staff Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in financial decision-making processes. Responsibilities also include working closely with clients to provide expert advice and exceptional service.
Qualifications- Proficiency in accounting software and financial record maintenance
- Experience in tax preparation and filing
- Strong skills in preparing financial statements and reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and client service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience working with individuals and small businesses is preferred
