Packaged Gases Outside Sales Administrator

Essential Functions:

Provide OSR with administrative support associated with:

  • Credit Applications and new account forms
  • Contract pricing forms, rollback forms, and rollback calculations
  • Orders and quotes that require special handling and cannot be taken care of by the counter sales team, long quotes (over 20 items) for bids, and more complex orders
  • Customer usage reports when needed, including cost savings reports
  • Assistance with billing questions, credit assistance, and AR resolution
  • PSA prep
  • Support site activities as required (counter, warehouse, etc.)

Required for All Jobs:

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education:

High School diploma/Associate's degree desirable - Six months to one year related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales aptitude, computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, good phone skills, and excellent communication skills.

Location and Hours of Work:

Typical hours for this position are Monday through Friday at our Matheson retail branch.
