Coordinate administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel;
Support one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs;

Create and develop visual presentations for executives and organize and prioritize large volume of incoming calls;
Maintain confidential and non-routine information and act as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
