Schedule: Part-time, 4.00 hours weekly
Shift: Evening (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
Days: Monday and Wednesday
No weekends

Job Summary

Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams. Responsibilities include answering telephone, taking messages, answering routine questions, composing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, and monthly reports. Maintaining vacation schedule, managing department schedules, ordering and dispensing supplies, performing payroll functions such as maintaining timekeeping and processing for payroll, and maintaining master copies of company policy and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests and families at entrance
  • Answer phone calls
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes and routine correspondence
  • Maintain vacation and department schedules
  • Order and dispense supplies
  • Perform payroll functions (maintaining timekeeping and submitting to payroll)
  • Maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required based on facility needs
