Position Overview:Children’s Home Society of South Dakota is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who will support organizational decision-making by developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide timely insight into financial and operational performance. - Competitive Compensation: $66,996.80- $83,740.80/annually (Depending on Experience/Education)

Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and standardized reports used by leadership and departments.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close through dashboard reporting and data visualization.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools and data sources.
- Investigate data discrepancies and work with departments to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate across departments to define KPIs, reporting needs, and data requirements.
- Provide user training, documentation, and support to promote effective dashboard usage and data literacy.
- Work with IT to enhance data integrations and governance across systems.
- Participate in strategic initiatives involving technology integration, workflow improvements, or new data systems.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
- 1-5 years experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial analysis required.
- Power BI development experience required
