The Traveling Superintendent (Restaurant/Retail) is responsible for overseeing all phases of tenant improvement construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage daily on-site construction activities for tenant improvement buildouts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project team members to maintain smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Travel frequently to assigned job sites as required.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on tenant improvement or commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple phases of construction.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
