We are seeking a motivated Superintendent Assistant to support our superintendents and managers in all areas of residential construction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to grow their skills within a company that values integrity, accountability, and quality craftsmanship.

• Completing daily tasks as directed by job superintendents and managers
• Assisting with construction site preparation, including tool and equipment setup
• Posting specs, plans, checklists, city plans, permit cards, and front-door signage
• Loading and unloading construction materials for use on site
• Assisting with job documentation and project records
• Supporting scheduling, planning, and coordination of project timelines
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with subcontractors and suppliers
• Operating heavy and light equipment as required
• Enforcing cleanliness, parking, building, and erosion-control standards
• Performing specialized tasks with on-the-job training provided
• Maintaining all safety standards on site

• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in demanding environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and pride in quality work
