You'll bid on and win work across office, healthcare, education, multifamily, and retail projects.

What you'll doDo quantity takeoffs and full estimates for metal framing, drywall, ceilings, insulation, and related interior scopes

Read and interpret plans and specs, and write RFIs and scope clarifications

Get pricing from suppliers and subs, then build competitive bids

Work with GCs and owners through bid day and buyout

Hand awarded jobs off to project management

What you bring3+ years estimating commercial drywall, framing, or interiors

Comfort with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar toolsA solid grasp of commercial construction means and methods

Field or PM experience in drywall is a plus
